This Privacy Policy explains how Med2Cast uses information submitted through this website, private demo request form, admin content workflow, and health literacy article library. This website is for business contact, institutional pilot evaluation, and general product information only.
No patient information
Do not submit patient information, discharge letters, medical records, identifiers, protected health information, or emergency requests through this website, email, or the demo request form. Med2Cast does not provide diagnosis, treatment decisions, medication changes, or emergency triage through this website.
Information we collect
When you request a private demo, we may collect the details you choose to provide, such as name, work email, organization, role, country or region, phone number, interest type, message content, consent confirmation, and submission time. For the article library, Med2Cast may store author credit, institution, source links, permission notes, cover images, and podcast audio files. We may also store cookie preference choices in your browser.
How we use information
We use submitted contact information to respond to your request, schedule a private demo, discuss clinical pilot or partnership interest, and maintain business communications. Article-library information is used to publish credited educational content and audio adaptations. We do not sell personal information through this website.
Sharing and service providers
Med2Cast uses Firebase services for hosting, authentication, database, storage, and website operations. Demo requests may be stored in Firestore and may trigger email notifications through the Firebase Email Extension or a configured email provider. Any future analytics or marketing cookies should be loaded only according to your cookie preferences and applicable law.
Retention
We keep contact-request information and article-library records only as long as reasonably needed for business follow-up, pilot evaluation, publication management, legal compliance, security, and recordkeeping. A final production retention schedule should be reviewed by counsel.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have privacy rights such as access, correction, deletion, objection, withdrawal of consent, or appeal. To make a request, contact z.segal@med2cast.com.

This site may be visited from different countries. If information is transferred internationally, Med2Cast should apply appropriate safeguards where required by law.
